4.        To whom can we communicate your data?

Generally speaking, we will communicate your data, subject to your consent, only when this is necessary to process your requests or provide the contracted services or to comply with legal obligations.

-          For the correct processing of the requested reservations, the data included in the reservations will be  communicated to the suppliers of the tourist services included in the negotiated trip.

-          We may also communicate data to fraud detection platforms to identify and prevent fraudulent bookings and payments.

5.        Legal basis of the processing

6.        How long do we keep your data?
